I was so proud of Haleigh and her first dance recital! She did great---no surprise solos from her!!

What can I say? I have no words…except I sure do love Jimmy J! He can make u smile like no one else. Isn’t it funny that the first thing Haleigh wanted to do when he got here was brush his hair? When he took off his hat, she said, “where’s your hair!”

Happy Birthday Maw!
This is her walking in. I was like Jello driving her down there. I kept wondering if she suspected anything was up. It was so funny b/c she could see people in the shelter but it was sort of bright out so she wasn’t making anyone out. I knew she was completely surprised the minute she turned to my mom and said, “Who are all these people?” And then she realized who everyone was. Classic moment! I’ll never forget her smile! It was so great to see everyone that came and I can’t thank them enough for taking the time to come. It meant a lot to me and I know it meant the world to Grandma. It was nice to catch up and we have to make sure we do it more often…

There was a creek at the park and man, my child looks like such a redneck. Diaper, no pants, throwing rocks in he creek. But boy was he having a blast!!

So, we go to Costco. JJ is in town which means you never know what he will buy on impulse. This is what we came home with “for the kids.” Can you see the kids that are getting the true enjoyment out of it? Can you notice that i am taking these picture behind closed doors? I don’t trust them…not even for a minute! Poor Haleigh wanted to play with it but she gave up after 2 pumps. LOL

Wow you guys! I’m so sorry for being so behind. Are you wondering what the heck I’ve been doing? Well the weekend was AWESOME with the family. It was so nice to hang out. We spent a lot of time with our neighbors and that was great too. Super glad we have neighbors we can enjoy and our kids love their kid!
I’m going to get caught up now so bare with me…
This is from Saturday. I gave the rainbow Jell-O a whirl. It tasted awesome and the kids loved it. It does take time but it’s not laborious. If you are going to try it, and would advice against waiting a night between layers. They don’t adhere. Hence the reason you don’t see all of the mold. :)
